We provide general acute-care services across five hospital campuses: Spartanburg Medical Center, Spartanburg Medical Center — Mary Black Campus, Pelham Medical Center, Union Medical Center and Cherokee Medical Center.

We also provide long-term care services through a long-term acute care hospital, Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care, and our two skilled nursing facilities: Ellen Sagar Nursing Center and Woodruff Manor.
